Job summary

Cloverdale Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the refrigerated warehouse operations, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient service. You will oversee selecting, putaway, and shipping, manage workloads, and drive continuous improvement in safety and productivity.

The role requires strong warehouse or materials management experience, GMP compliance, and forklift operation. Occasional travel and a PM shift with extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and management experience with hiring, performance management and team development.
• Adheres to GMP and safety standards and compliance.
• Experience operating industrial equipment and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and adaptability to change.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with integrity and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including picking, putaway, rotation, wrapping, space management, and shipping.
• Schedule and oversee the warehouse team to meet fulfillment demands and maximize efficiency.
• Regularly report progress to the Warehouse Manager and address issues to improve operations.
• Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy; train inventory controller if needed.
• Ensure cleaning, maintenance, and safe operation of equipment; coordinate cross‑department dispatch.
• Implement health and safety procedures and provide training for a safe workplace.
