Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a production associate to operate mixing machinery in a refrigerated plant in North Carolina. You will add and mix ingredients, monitor equipment, and ensure safe operation while following guidelines and recording lot numbers.

The role requires ability to read, write and speak English, and prior machinery experience is preferred in a food manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Adds and mixes ingredients according to company recipes.
• Observes and monitors equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Operates mixing machine according to the company guidelines.
• Pulls product from storage locations.
• Prepares and sanitizes workstation and equipment.
• Records product lot numbers in logbook.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
