Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a production operator to mix and prepare ingredients in a refrigerated manufacturing environment. You will operate mixing equipment, monitor quality, and follow safety and GMP guidelines to ensure consistent product quality.

The role requires reading and speaking English, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus, and prior experience with machinery in a food setting is preferred. This is a full-time operator role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience operating machinery is preferred in a food manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Adds and mixes ingredients according to company recipes.
• Observes and monitors equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Operates mixing machine according to the company guidelines.
• Pulls product from storage locations.
• Prepares and sanitizes workstation and equipment.
• Records product lot numbers in logbook.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
