Aramark LifeWorks division is seeking a refreshed Refreshments Operator I to ensure products are stocked and customers’ equipment operates smoothly at client sites in Richmond, VA. You’ll monitor inventory, communicate product interest, and support invoicing using a laptop.

This role emphasizes reliable service, proactive communication, and clean, safe equipment handling. The position requires 1–2 years in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to travel to client

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record required.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site.
• Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items.
• Communicate with customer staff about product interest.
• Use a laptop to manage PAR levels and invoicing.
• Perform repairs and handle service calls.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow safety and PPE requirements.
