Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Refreshments Operator II – SBE to ensure products are stocked and equipment runs smoothly at client sites. You will stock inventory, process orders, and communicate with client staff about promotions and service needs.

Responsibilities include inventory management, invoicing support, and repairs as needed, while maintaining positive client relationships and seamless service across locations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a role requiring customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Client interaction, organization and time management are critical to success.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at client sites.
• Manage ordering, delivery and stocking of items at client locations.
• Communicate with client staff about new product interest and promotions.
• Use a laptop to manage PAR levels, orders and client invoicing.
• Perform repairs as needed and coordinate with head office on service calls.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers and report issues.
