Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Refreshments Operator II to stock products at client sites and ensure equipment is clean and working. You will inform customers about new offers and maintain a positive company image.

Responsibilities include unloading inventory, managing orders and deliveries, using a laptop for PAR levels and invoicing, and coordinating with head office on orders and service calls. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel to other locations on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site, ensuring freshness by monitoring date codes.
• Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client location.
• Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest.
• Use a laptop to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing.
• Performs repairs to best of ability.
• Calls in orders and service calls to head office.
• Distributes promotional materials and merchandises complete product line.
• Cleans equipment and exchanges decanters on each visit.
• Communicates with Route Sales Manager or GM regarding customers and reports on issues or competitors.
• Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with customers to project a positive image.
