Job summary

PCLI in Chehalis, WA is seeking a part-time Refractive Surgery Counselor to educate and counsel patients about laser vision correction and other refractive procedures. You will schedule appointments and gather pre-operative information from referring doctors while ensuring patients understand risks and benefits.

You will liaise with the medical/surgical team, handle confidential patient records, and maintain accurate documentation.

Job Location: CORP - Chehalis, WA 98532
Salary Range: $22.18 - $23.59 Hourly

OBJECTIVE

In a positive and cheerful manner, educate, counsel and schedule patients for laser vision correction and other types of refractive surgery. Gather pre-operative information from referring doctors, communicate with patients to help them understand various procedures’ risks and benefits, and share pertinent medical records with our medical/surgical team.

STATUS

3/4 time (30-39 hours per week)

SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
