Job summary

Pena Eye Institute is seeking a motivated Refractive Coordinator to guide patients through their refractive surgery journey, including LASIK, premium IOLs, and cataract procedures.

You will educate patients, respond to inquiries, coordinate surgery scheduling, and maintain materials while tracking referrals and trends. A strong sales-oriented background is preferred and a monthly bonus is offered based on performance.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.
• Willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales background.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support patients before and after consultations
• Respond to inquiries and help convert potential patients to advanced procedures
• Coordinate surgery scheduling and ensure all pre-op materials are ready
• Maintain and update patient education materials
• Track and report on procedure data, referrals, and marketing trends
• Communicate with referring doctors and manage follow-up
