Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level experience required in manufacturing, vehicle software reflash, electrical diagnostics, repair execution, or related vehicle systems work.
• Advanced technical expertise in vehicle software reflash, repair execution, diagnostics, or campaign troubleshooting across multiple vehicle systems and failure modes.
• Strong executive-style communication skills, including concise status, quantified gaps to plan, clear recommendations, and escalation for alignment.
• Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite execution for complex, high-volume or ambiguous campaigns, directing 3rd party resources while protecting safety, quality, throughput, and timing.
• Analyze emerging software and hardware quality issues to develop remediation/reflash strategies and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver clear daily reporting on progress, blockers, risks, and needed help; maintain documentation and execution discipline.
