HF Sinclair Corporation in Anacortes, Washington is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of refinery capital projects typically ranging from $5MM+ in total installed cost. You will own scope, estimates, schedule, design, procurement, construction oversight, and change management to deliver safe, profitable and timely outcomes.

Formación

• A minimum of ten years of progressive work experience in project management.
• Professional Engineer registration, refinery or petrochemical industry experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage a large portfolio of multidiscipline, high value projects with responsibility for safety, cost, schedule and quality.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, ROM estimates, and funding requests for approvals.
• Coordinate engineering contractors, project deliverables, and field activities.
• Prepare gate documentation and ensure compliance with HF Sinclair standards and industry codes.
• Support procurement during bid evaluation and track schedule and costs.
