Job summary

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Sr Manager, Process Safety to lead the refinery's process safety programs and ensure EPA RMP compliance while fostering a strong safety culture. This role will oversee regulatory obligations, develop innovative solutions, and mentor site staff.

The position requires a chemical engineering degree, 8+ years in refining/chemical industries, and 2+ years of management experience. Tyler, TX-based role with opportunity for impact and growth.

Qualifications

• 4 year / Chemical Engineering Degree (Required)
• Two (2) or more years Management experience (Required)
• Eight (8) or more years Related experience in refining, petrochemical, or chemical industry (Required)
• No Licensure or Certification Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Safety Management program and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain process safety systems and training.
• Collaborate with regulators, contractors, and corporate teams to improve performance.
• Report on process safety status and incident investigations with corrective actions.
