Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 15+ years HR experience in chemical, petrochemical, or refining industries.
• Experience leading senior HR teams and cross-functional groups.
• Strong capabilities in organization design, workforce and succession planning, talent management, and rewards.
• Proven ability to use workforce analytics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR advisor to EVP of Operations and Site Leadership Team.
• Provide executive HR leadership for Port Arthur Complex and align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead HR Business Partners and guide workforce planning, leadership development, and succession.
• Set strategic direction for learning, capability building, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee labor relations across multiple collective bargaining agreements and manage labor risk.
• Partner with Medical and Occupational Health to address workforce health and safety.
