• Routinely conduct and document unit mass balance monitoring.
• Utilize causal learning methods for problem solving and investigations.
• Lead Process Safety Management practices such as MOC and PHA.
• Identify margin and energy improvement opportunities and drive changes via established processes.
• Support turnaround planning and execution to ensure reliability.
• Support capital projects for integration and performance.
• Provide monthly technical assurance reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide off-hour and on-call coverage for plant events.
