Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Process Coordinator to support Chalmette Refinery operations. You will manage material usage and production data in SAP, prepare reports, and assist the logistics and QA teams with traceability and downtime tracking.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including nights and weekends as needed."

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data.
• SAP proficiency preferred.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter material usage and production volumes in SAP.
• Maintain production paperwork for traceability.
• Assist Logistics and QA teams with traceability exercises.
• Track downtime, weekly trends, and metrics reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
• Update and maintain metrics boards.
• Use SAP to generate purchase requests and service entries.
• Provide back-up timekeeping and administrative support.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual inventory prep.
• Answer calls and greet visitors/contractors.
• Support leadership on special projects.
