Job summary

Atalco Gramercy seeks a maintenance/reliability engineering professional to ensure pressure vessel integrity across the facility. You will lead PRV compliance, coordinate with operations and maintenance, and develop preventive maintenance strategies for pressure systems.

The role requires 7+ years in maintenance/reliability engineering in chemical/manufacturing settings, with strong knowledge of piping, valves, and industry standards. Collaboration with inspectors and contractors is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years of maintenance/reliability engineering experience preferred.
Experience in chemical manufacturing, refining, or oil & gas.
Solid knowledge of piping design & maintenance, pressure vessel specs, inspection techniques, and manpower coordination.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of industry codes & standards (API, ASME, ANSI, MSHA, State).
Knowledge of Codeware inspection software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as lead site technical resource for piping, stationary equipment and PRV compliance.
Ensure site practices and documentation comply with PSM Mechanical Integrity standards.
Plan, schedule, execute, and document PRV, stationary equipment, and piping inspections.
Coordinate with maintenance, inspectors, and contractors to ensure proper repairs and documentation.
Develop and update maintenance and mechanical integrity procedures for plant pressure systems.
Lead troubleshooting of pressure system equipment issues on site and document findings.
Assist with planning turnarounds, shutdowns, and special projects affecting pressure systems.
Provide data for equipment purchasing, performance evaluation, and vendor performance.
Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to ensure reliability of new/modified installations.
Participate in design and installation specs, commissioning plans, and acceptance testing.
