Job summary

Refined Technologies is seeking an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead refinery cleaning and turnaround projects across North America, with focus in the Golden Triangle region of Southeast Texas including Nederland. You will build cross-functional teams, develop and execute clearing and cleaning plans, and ensure safety and client satisfaction on complex shutdowns.

The role requires several years in refinery operations, strong planning skills, and the ability to travel 80–100 nights

Qualifications

• 5+ years of refinery, upgrader, gas plants or chemical plant operations experience.
• 2 years of experience independently planning projects.
• 2 years of experience diagnosing and solving complex operational problems in a refinery setting.
• Successful completion of Execution Level 3 and Planning Level 4 of the RTI OPM Certification Roadmap.
• Knowledge of complex process units and piping circuits from refinery operator experience.
• Proven ability to master software tools and communicate plans clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leads and builds diverse teams during project implementation for clearing and cleaning in refineries.
• Creates and reviews clearing and cleaning plans using project documents and tools.
• Follows RTI's project Roadmap and trains client personnel on strategies.
• Maintains safety, communicates results, and ensures client satisfaction.
• Identifies operational efficiencies and manages costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety requirements and reports incidents.
• Oversees project close-out tasks and documentation.
