Job summary

Refined Technologies, Inc. is seeking experienced Operations Project Managers for the Golden Triangle region of Southeast Texas, including Nederland, to lead refinery shutdowns, cleaning, and decontamination projects.

The role partners with refinery operations teams and turnaround professionals to develop and execute unit shutdown strategies, ensuring safety and efficiency on site with extensive travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of refinery, upgrader, gas plants or chemical plant operations experience.
• 2 years of experience independently planning projects.
• 2 years of experience diagnosing and solving complex operational problems in a refinery setting.
• Successful completion of Execution Level 3 and Planning Level 4 of the RTI OPM Certification Roadmap.
• Knowledge of complex process units and piping circuits from refinery operator experience.
• Demonstrated ability to master software tools.
• History of consistently safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads and builds diverse teams during project implementation for clearing and cleaning in refineries.
• Creates and reviews MOC-level clearing and cleaning plans using project documents and tools.
• Follows RTI’s Roadmap for project planning and execution.
• Trains client personnel on RTI cleaning strategies and mentors less experienced colleagues.
• Maintains client communication to meet or exceed expectations and reports results.
