Marathon Petroleum Company LP in Garyville, LA, seeks an IT Refining On-Site Manager to lead IT/OT operations at the Garyville Refinery. You’ll drive strategy, roadmaps, and talent development, embedding with stakeholders to deliver business value and continuous improvement.

You will manage cybersecurity, compliance, and OT safety, while guiding projects, vendor performance, and digital Transformation initiatives in a complex refinery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• OT infrastructure experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily IT/OT operations and talent development.
• Plans and leads low- to medium-complexity IT projects.
• Ensures IT/OT security and compliance with standards.
• Partners with refinery operations to optimize process control systems.
