Rosehill Resources is seeking a Health & Safety Specialist to ensure compliance with federal, state, and refinery regulations through education, training, and auditing. This role administers the safety program with a focus on implementing and improving safety policies for optimum results.

You will interface with on-site personnel, conduct OSHA compliance audits, issue work permits, and participate in incident investigations and safety program enhancements to protect workers and assets.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensures compliance with applicable governmental and industry safety standards and regulations.
• Interfaces with employees and assists with Health and Safety needs and education.
• Conducts OSHA compliance audits and safety field audits for assigned area (permit to work, lockout/tag out, fall protection).
• Works with on-site personnel to solve and implement corrections of safety problems and to improve safety effectiveness.
• Assists with work permit issuance and incident/injury/loss reporting.
• Participates in team meetings involving Process Safety Management matters and incident investigations.
