Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a refinery / petrochemical industry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with Planning / Scheduling and Maintenance Execution.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings / P&IDs.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Complete Safe maintenance work and support flawless refinery operation.
• Maintain presence in the field; stop and correct unsafe behavior immediately.
• Demonstrate knowledge, monitor, and enforce refinery HSE procedures.
• Comply with Life Saving Rules and Stop Work Authority.
• Ensure safety incidents are reported and investigated.
• Lead effective safety meetings with craft and contractor teams.
• Sustain high quality work and prevent rework for reliable operation.
• Ensure craft follow procedures and work practices.
• Coordinate multi-craft jobs and contractor management.
• Review schedules and provide planner feedback before finalizing.
