Job summary

NPAworldwide client in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects from initiation through startup. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The role requires strong leadership, field and office work, and readiness for off-hours support. Preferred candidates hold a BS in Engineering and PE license, with at least 5 years PM experience in manufacturing and a track record of

Qualifications

• 10 years in Petroleum Refining or in a similar manufacturing setting.
• 5 years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assuring project objectives through all phases of capital projects delivery are met, from initiation to start-up, by serving as the project lead for assigned projects.
• Supporting the development of project cost estimates, schedules, and funding requests, taking action to ensure project delivery meets the targets.
• Ensuring that design deliverables are generated per schedule with attention to environmental/safety regulations and engineering standards with stakeholder input.
• Developing the engineering, procurement, and construction contracting strategy for projects, focusing on long-lead equipment within the schedule.
• Facilitating the construction phase by tracking costs and schedule, ensuring IFC drawings, addressing RFIs, and closing out records and PM documentation.
