Qualifications

• 10 years in Petroleum Refining or in a similar manufacturing setting.
• 5 years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Assure project objectives through all phases of capital projects, from initiation to start-up, as project lead.
• Support the development of project cost estimates, schedules, and funding requests to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure design deliverables are generated per schedule with attention to environmental/safety regulations and engineering standards.
• Develop the engineering, procurement, and construction contracting strategy for projects, focusing on long-lead equipment delivery.
• Facilitate the construction phase by tracking costs and schedule, ensuring IFC drawings are delivered, and addressing RFIs.
