Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements: Associate degree in restaurant/food service management or 3+ years supervisory experience in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and professionalism, ability to supervise front-of-house teams in refined settings.
• Experience in high-end dining and comprehensive knowledge of the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations with composure and professionalism.
• Greet guests using approved Mirbeau service language and maintain elevated service standards.
• Manage reservations, floor plans, and service flow to optimize guest experience.
• Ensure allergy protocols are followed and staff are trained on safety procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on staffing, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house to deliver seamless experiences.
