Job summary

Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Rhinebeck, NY seeks a polished Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations with refined hospitality and composure. This hands-on role maintains service flow, elevates guest experiences, and supports a high-standard dining environment.

Responsibilities include leading FOH staff, coordinating with kitchen and spa guests, and upholding Mirbeau’s wellness-focused standards. Strong leadership, superb communication, and reliability are essential assets.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years supervisory experience in high-volume dining.
• Experience in high-end or fine dining preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the food & beverage industry.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH team to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and packages for informed guest interactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and spa for seamless service.
• Manage reservations and POS entry and end-of-day reporting.
• Ensure sanitation and housekeeping across F&B areas.
