Job summary

Aurora Medical Group, part of Advocate Health, seeks a Referral Specialist in Park Ridge, IL. You will support providers, coordinate the centralized referral process, and ensure a compassionate patient experience on a rotating schedule M-F 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.

In this ambulatory care role, you will participate in discharge planning, education, and utilization management activities to help members receive cost-effective, high-quality care within benefit guidelines.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years experience in a managed care organization, hospital or physician’s office.

Responsibilities
