Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv required.
• 1+ years of ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding experience preferred.
• Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
• Healthcare call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates clearly and concisely with coworkers, patients, and physicians.
• Maintains referral integrity and processes all orders.
• Answers phone calls promptly and schedules procedures as needed.
• Ensures orders meet insurance requirements.
