Job summary

Donor Network of Arizona seeks an experienced organ donation coordinator to evaluate referrals, review medical records, and perform initial telephone evaluations.

You will collaborate with hospital staff to optimize donation opportunities and educate teams. Flexible day/night shifts with 12-hour rotations, plus four weekends per month and holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as EMT-P, LPN, RT, or OPO experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Medical terminology and record review experience.
