Job summary

Donor Network West is seeking a dedicated Donation Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for donor referrals, coordinating with hospitals, hospices, and medical examiners. You will conduct medical and social history interviews to assess tissue donation suitability and support donation coordinators in daily tasks.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience securing authorizations from grieving families, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience approaching grieving families with a proven record of securing authorizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Advanced knowledge of disease processes and familiarity with FDA and AATB regulations.
