Job summary

US Oral Surgery Management is seeking a Marketing Business Partner to drive field-based marketing initiatives, maximize referrals, and boost patient volumes. The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration with surgeons, practice leaders, and operations to execute annual plans and measure ROI.

You will travel within a 50-mile radius, manage digital and traditional marketing tactics, and ensure brand consistency across materials, events, and online presence while optimizing the referral

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/CMS/PMS software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50 miles around practice location.

Responsibilities

• Grow practice revenue and volumes from existing referral sources.
• Promote marketing tactics using the practice’s budget.
• Work daily in the field to promote referral base through visits and events.
• Monitor, track and report referral data.
• Maintain and manage the marketing budget.
• Plan and attend educational events, open houses, and social events.
• Establish and maintain brand identity across materials and online presence.
