Job summary

ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC seeks a Referral Coordinator to manage pre-certifications, scheduling, and centralized referral processes. You will coordinate operations of the Centralized Referral Office and support office equipment use as directed by the practice manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma or higher with 1-2 years of training, CPT/ICD-9/10 coding knowledge, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and 1-3 years of related experience.

Position Summary

The Referral Coordinator must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to coordinate operations of the referral processes, including, but not limited to pre-certifications, and scheduling appointments. Coordinate operations and processes of the Centralized Referral Office. Office equipment operation and additional duties as required by practice manager.
