ECU Health is seeking a Referral Coordinator to manage referral processes, including pre-certifications and scheduling, for multiple clinics served by ECU Health Physicians. You will coordinate the Centralized Referral Office operations, handle routine office equipment tasks, and assist the practice manager with additional duties as needed.

• High School or higher plus 1-2 years formal training/education is required.
• Must possess CPT and ICD-9/10 coding knowledge.
• Must know medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.
• 1-3 years related work experience.
• Must possess computer skills, with Excel and Word knowledge/experience.
• Medical Office experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operations of the referral processes, including pre-certifications and scheduling appointments.
• Coordinate operations and processes of the Centralized Referral Office.
• Assist with office equipment operation and perform duties as required by the practice manager.
