Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls
• Triage incoming referrals and assess client needs
• Use DDD’s FOCUS system to search for inquiries
• Match clients with appropriate therapists
• Obtain authorization and enter into EMR
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their therapist
• Track and report on referral data
• Maintain a strong working relationship with therapists and DDD Support Coordinators
• Stay up-to-date on changes in DDD referral process
• Participate in continuing education and training
• Represent Essential Therapy Solutions in a professional and ethical manner
