Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical referrals, prior authorization, or healthcare administration.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and managed care referral processes.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and medical office software.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ICD/CPT coding basics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus in the South Florida market.
