Job summary

QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is seeking a dedicated Referral Management Center Specialist to support our healthcare team at a Military Treatment Facility (MTF). The role focuses on professional customer service, assisting patients and staff with referral and appointment coordination.

Location: US-NE-Offutt AFB. The position requires US citizenship, a high school diploma, and experience in medical administration along with proficiency in electronic health

Qualifications

• US Citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• One (1) year of administrative experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting. Referral management, medical scheduling, patient administration, or insurance verification preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and keyboarding sufficient to sustain electronic health record workflow.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation, a Common Access Card, and MTF-specific badge and system access.
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross) where required by the supported MTF, plus HIPAA, Privacy Act, information assurance, and MTF-directed initial and annual training.

Responsibilities
