Toi Health in Florida is seeking an experienced Referral Coordinator to help patients access specialty care by processing referrals, coordinating authorizations, and ensuring documentation is complete and timely.

You will collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure referrals are prepared before appointments and maintain clear, empathetic communication with patients throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical insurance terminology and prior authorizations is a plus.
• Healthcare office experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Process referrals from physicians, hospitals, and other providers.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Ensure referral docs are complete and routed correctly.
• Communicate with patients about referral status and next steps.
• Maintain logs and documentation per TOI policies and payer requirements.
