BIP US, a fast-growing digital consulting firm, is seeking a hands-on Reference Data Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to develop enterprise reference data platforms supporting investment-management and front-office workflows. The role focuses on software development, engineering execution, and delivering production-quality features within an established architecture.

Strong C#/.NET and Python skills, APIs, microservices, and data-processing capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on development with C#/.NET and Python.
Experience building APIs, microservices and data-processing components.
Strong SQL and database development skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Reference Data and Security Master applications.
Build server-side services using C#/.NET and Python.
Implement APIs, microservices, and messaging integrations.
Develop data-processing workflows for ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, PMs, and business users.
Write clean, testable code and participate in reviews and deployments.
Diagnose production issues and improve reliability.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
