Job summary

Reeves Construction Company in Duncan, SC is seeking a Skid Steer Operator focused on safety to support our heavy civil highway and site development projects. You will operate a skid steer, perform inspections, and maintain equipment on active job sites.

The role requires basic knowledge of hydraulics, adherence to safety policies, ability to work day or night shifts, and reliable transportation. High school diploma preferred; 1–3 months related experience; must be eligible to work in the United

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred), but not necessarily required.
• Minimum of 1-3 months of work-related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to work day or night shifts.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Provide own transportation to and from work.
• Driving License (preferred).
• Must be able to provide proper documentation that you have the legal right to work in the United States.

• Must have the ability to operate the vehicle safely in job site situations and follow the policies and procedures of the company.
