Operating under general direction, this position leads a multidisciplinary team of civilian domain specialists across core stabilization areas—including housing, workforce development, healthcare, behavioral health navigation, food security, education, vital document retrieval, transportation, and life skills. The Administrator focuses on resource delivery and service navigation, ensuring that individuals needing transition services receive rapid, coordinated support without administrative barriers.
