Job summary

Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry seeks a Program Project Specialist II to provide psycho-educational programs and case management to offenders/residents. The role requires conducting needs assessments, developing individual plans, and assisting in transition planning for reentry.

The position requires independent work, travel on state business, and collaboration with staff and community providers. It features evening and weekend hours as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires the ability to plan programs and assess offender needs.
• Experience with case management and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel on state business.

Responsibilities

• Delivers programming services to offenders/residents during weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
• Manages case components, documentation, and data entry.
• Collects statistics and reports on program participation and outcomes.
• Collaborates with internal/external staff and community partners.
• Drives on state business.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
