Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County Incorporated seeks a full-time Reentry Navigator for the Behavioral Health Supports for Justice-Involved Individuals program in Taunton, MA. The role manages a caseload of 18–20 clients and supports goals related to behavioral health, housing, income, and community supports to help clients transition to independent living.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related human services field.
• At least 3 years of human services experience.
• Experience with adults with mental illness and dual diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Assist enrolled individuals to formulate reasonable and appropriate goals, focused on behavioral health/substance abuse and medical needs, as well as housing, income, food, and community supports.
• Help clients obtain and stabilize housing, income, food, and community supports to function independently in the community.
• Attend all office staff meetings.
