Job summary

ODMHSAS in Oklahoma is seeking an Integrated Services Discharge Manager to link individuals leaving correctional facilities to mental health, substance abuse services, housing, and recovery support in the community.

You will manage a caseload, work with correctional staff, coordinate with social benefits and educational assistance, and screen and refer clients to state-wide reentry programs. This is a full-time onsite role at Joseph Harp Correctional Center.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and one year of experience in professional case management behavioral health services, OR a bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Link individuals leaving correctional facilities to mental health and substance abuse services, housing and recovery support in the community.
• Manage a caseload and work with correctional staff; coordinate with social benefits and educational assistance entities; screen and refer to state-wide reentry programs.
