Qualifications

  • Experience in casework in a correctional setting or in criminal justice.
  • Experience in counseling with diagnostic or treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate offender skill-building programs and reentry initiatives.
  • Evaluate offender programs and recommend strengthened strategies.
  • Identify and analyze statistical data related to offender programs.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships to foster volunteers.
