Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, sociology, or related field preferred.
• One year of caseload management of offenders in a correctional setting or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interview newly admitted inmates/detainees.
• Conduct facility orientation for new inmates/detainees explaining rules, services, and disciplinary processes.
• Provide individual counseling on work, housing, and family issues.
