Job summary

The Fortune Society is seeking a Bronx County Reentry Taskforce Case Manager to provide essential support services for individuals re-entering society after incarceration. This full-time position involves conducting assessments, facilitating treatment plans, and supporting clients to stabilize and reintegrate into the community.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a commitment to helping criminal-justice-involved individuals, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience and commitment to working with criminal-justice-involved participants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and needs assessments for clients.
• Perform general counseling and case-management duties.
• Provide crisis intervention in collaboration with supervisor.
• Facilitate Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (CBI) groups.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all client information.
