Job summary

ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, REHABILITATION & REENTRY (ADCRR) seeks a Project Manager to oversee ORAS-based assessments, including PIT and SRT, across prison complexes in Phoenix. You will supervise staff, enforce fidelity, and partner with ADCRR community corrections and treatment personnel to ensure reentry services.

Responsibilities include audits for scoring accuracy, maintaining logs, and producing reports while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ORAS tools, PIT and SRT, and risk/needs assessment principles.
• Quality assurance methods, compliance review processes, and staff certification tracking.
• Principles of management and supervision.
• Evidence-based programming.
• Best practices for correctional programs and community supervision.
• Understanding of community resources and participation requirements.
• Adult learning processes.
• Computers and various software.
• Business English, grammar, and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports the implementation of ORAS institutional assessments across prison complexes.
• Conducts quality assurance audits of completed ORAS assessments for scoring accuracy and compliance with policy.
• Maintains audit logs, prepares reports, and tracks trends or error patterns.
• Provides coaching and manages staff certification and recertification documentation.
• Serves as regional liaison between Reentry Center staff and Community Corrections Officers.
• Acts as Reentry Center Liaison between community organizations and ADCRR.
• Reviews, develops, and recommends policies and process improvements to ensure accuracy.
• Drives on State business and performs other duties as assigned.
