Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble, repair, and refurbish reels using hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to efficiently assemble and recycle reels.
• Perform quality checks to meet standards and identify defective parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and report safety hazards promptly.
• Learn all aspects of the reel recycling process and use related tools.
• Report equipment malfunctions or unusual situations to management.
• Support the department and plant needs with flexibility.
