Job summary

Axyde Analytics is seeking a Redstone Site Operations Manager to oversee Huntsville analytical operations and lead the Redstone workforce under the Army SCOS program. This on-site role requires coordinating logistics, data-analytics, and data-systems teams with government priorities.

Axyde Analytics, LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is recruiting a Redstone Site Operations Manager for our proposed Army Supply Chain Optimization Support program supporting Army aviation and missile systems. This key-personnel position provides dedicated oversight of Huntsville analytical operations and direct leadership of the Redstone workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct daily execution of Redstone logistics, data-analytics, and data-systems teams.
• Translate Program Manager and Government priorities into controlled workloads, schedules, assignments, reviews, and deliverables.
• Integrate the work of the Senior Logistics Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, Program/Data Analysts, and development team.
• Maintain quality, staffing, training, security coordination, continuity, risk, and corrective-action controls.
• Coordinate analytical findings with Fort Bliss physical-logistics activity and brief program and Government leadership.
• Enforce approved procedures, peer review, data integrity, and timely delivery of contract products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in physical logistics or leading analytical teams.
• At least 3 years of DoD leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, workforce-management, and customer-interface skills.
• Ability to work full time on site at Redstone Arsenal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting Army Materiel Command, AMCOM, aviation, missile, wholesale supply, LMP, or Army analytics operations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and dispersed operations.
• Active Secret clearance.

SECURITY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

All SCOS personnel must have or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for the duration of the contract. Before performing classified work or charging labor requiring classified access, personnel must satisfy applicable Government eligibility, access, investigation, training, and site-access requirements. U.S. citizenship is required where necessary for clearance eligibility. Employment is contingent upon contract award, completion of Axyde’s hiring process, and satisfaction of all Government security and access requirements.
