FORT BLISS SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER — ARMY WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS (SCOS)

Location: Fort Bliss / El Paso, Texas (on site)

Axyde Analytics, LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is recruiting the key leader for Fort Bliss physical-logistics operations supporting Army aviation and missile systems. The manager will direct a 16-person warehouse team and coordinate daily execution with the Redstone Arsenal program and analytical cell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead receiving, inspection, discrepancy reporting, inventory, MRO/STO processing, packing and crating, COSIS, stock rotation, issue, turn-in and property-accountability operations.
• Control daily priorities, staffing, safety, security, transaction queues, end-of-shift reconciliation and exception escalation.
• Maintain workload history, denial reporting, quality surveillance, corrective actions, training and continuity.
• Enforce approved Army procedures for sensitive/classified materiel, HAZMAT, MHE and government-furnished property.
• Coordinate with Redstone leadership, the Program Manager and Government representatives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of physical-logistics or warehouse leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of DoD leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, workforce-management and problem-solving ability.
• Full-time on-site availability at Fort Bliss.
• Active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain and maintain one.

HIGHLY DESIRED

• Army warehouse, aviation/missile supply, LMP, GCSS-Army, property accountability, COSIS, MRO/STO and audit-readiness experience.
• MHE/forklift, OSHA and HAZMAT credentials relevant to assigned duties.
