Job summary

Axyde Analytics is seeking Program/Data Analysts to support Army logistics analytics on our SCOS program. On-site at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL, you will extract, clean, analyze data, build dashboards, and support reporting for aviation and missile-system supply chains, under senior guidance.

Requires DoD experience, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and ability to work full-time on site. Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of logistics, data, or admin experience in a DoD setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work full-time on site at Redstone Arsenal.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, reconcile, organize, and analyze data from Army sources.
• Support logistics performance tracking, forecasting, inventory, and reporting.
• Create Excel workbooks, charts, dashboards, and briefing slides.
• Maintain data lineage, transformations, and version-control records.
• Coordinate meetings, tasks, metrics, and document production.
• Perform quality checks under senior guidance.

PROGRAM/DATA ANALYST — ARMY LOGISTICS ANALYTICS (SCOS)

Location: Redstone Arsenal / Huntsville, Alabama (on site)

Openings: Five anticipated full-time positions

Employment: Full time; contingent upon contract award

Axyde Analytics is recruiting Program/Data Analysts to support senior logistics and data analysts on our proposed SCOS program. These positions perform data extraction, cleaning, analysis, administrative coordination, graphics, and reporting for Army aviation and missile-system supply chains.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extract, clean, reconcile, organize, and analyze data from authorized Army and program sources.
• Support logistics performance tracking, trend analysis, forecasting, inventory, transportation, and operational reporting.
• Build clear Excel workbooks, charts, briefing slides, dashboards, reports, and decision-support products.
• Maintain source, date, assumptions, transformation logic, exceptions, reviewer, and version-control records.
• Support records, meetings, taskers, metrics, document production, and other program coordination.
• Work under senior guidance and perform quality checks before release.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of logistics, data, or administrative experience in a DoD environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and specialized logistics or business software.
• Strong organization, accuracy, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full time on site at Redstone Arsenal.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Army supply-chain, LMP, GCSS-Army, AMCOM, aviation, or missile experience.
• Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or approved scripting experience.
• Active Secret clearance.

SECURITY AND EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

All SCOS personnel must have or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance for the duration of the contract. Before performing classified work or charging labor requiring classified access, personnel must satisfy applicable Government eligibility, access, investigation, training, and site-access requirements. U.S. citizenship is required where necessary for clearance eligibility. Employment is contingent upon contract award, completion of Axyde’s hiring process, and satisfaction of all Government security and access requirements.
