Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee merchandising, inventory, and financial oversight, while driving sales growth and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail management within wireless/broadband or consumer electronics, with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven success driving sales and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel within a 35-mile radius.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, product launches, financial oversight, cash handling, audits, and policy compliance.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends and gaps, and act on growth opportunities.
• Partner with marketing on local events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Build a collaborative, accountable, performance-driven culture focused on recognition and results.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS standards while resolving escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Keep the team current on products, promotions, and technology updates.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; telecom/wireless industry knowledge preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 35‑mile radius.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.
